Chicago Engineers Foundation (CEF) Student Incentive Award
Organization & Scholarship Overview:
The Chicago Engineers’ Foundation (CEF) encourages Chicago students to pursue engineering by recognizing their talents through merit-based scholarship awards and career development opportunities to achieve their engineering career goals.
Each year, CEF presents scholarship awards to graduating high school seniors who live or go to high school within the city of Chicago, and are accepted to accredited 4-year university engineering programs. For those award winners who maintain satisfactory grade point averages, and complete annual applications, CEF continues to present awards each year, through a student’s 4 years of undergraduate college study. The awards increase each year a student qualifies and participates in the program. Students who receive CEF scholarship awards also have access to career development opportunities including mentoring, professional networking, resume and interview skill development, and internship placement to help each award recipient build their professional presence while working towards their engineering degree.
