HITEC Foundation Scholarship

The HITEC Foundation Scholarship is designed to assist students of Hispanic descent to obtain a university degree in technology. Since 2017 we have awarded over $815,000 in scholarships to Hispanic students across the United States who are enrolled in technology related undergraduate or graduate degree programs.

Write a short autobiography that discusses how your Hispanic/Latinx identity has shaped your interests and viewpoints. 500 word limit Explain how a degree in technology will help you attain your career goals. Include a description of your long term career goals and also, what it will mean to you to be a Hispanic/Latinx person in the tech community. 300 word

1 letter of recommendation from our portal that a teacher, counselor, or coach can complete
Major or intend on majoring in Technology or an approved technology-related major. See attachment for technology-related majors
