Howard M. Ruskin Scholarship Foundation Application (For Roosevelt HS Only)

Since 2006, the Ruskin Howard Foundation has been awarding scholaships to graduating students at Theodore Roosevelt High School. This application must be completed in full to be considered for the scholarship.
The following additional information is required:
*A completed application
*Official transcripts
*An informational letter or statement describing: “Why you want to go to college and why you should be a recipient of the Howard M. Ruskin Scholarship”
*Copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) from FAFSA, which indicates your Estimated Student Index (SAI)
*One letter of recommendation
*A wallet size (head and shoulder) photograph of yourself.

One teacher recommendation and/or from a counselor, community service manager, employer, etc. Recommendation letters from family members will not be accepted. Recommendations must be signed, and on school/organizational letterhead.
