Organization & Scholarship Overview:
With a network of 20,000+ schools, EVERFI delivers digital resources that help teachers equip students with critical skills. Thanks to hundreds of partners who share our mission, we deliver these critical skills to K-12 schools and students free of charge. We want to hear student stories! After completing ALL five of the MarketWorks modules, submit a short essay (300-500 words) that answers ONE of the following questions. Consider your personal story and journey. Be specific. Think about your future and how the financial knowledge you learned in the MarketWorks program can help you achieve your goals and dreams.

How it Works:
- The scholarship contest is open to any U.S. student in grades 9 – 12 who has completed all five modules of the MarketWorks course during the 2020 – 2021 school year.
- Once you have completed all five modules of the MarketWorks course, reflect on what you have learned and submit your contest entry online.
- Suggested essay length is 300 – 500 words.
- Spring semester entries must be received by June 4th, 2021.

What is the most valuable piece of information you learned through the MarketWorks program and why? Share how you will use this to achieve future goals. Be specific.
Using the knowledge you gained from the MarketWorks program, what conversations have you had with your family/parents/caregivers about their investments/preparation for the future? Be specific and cite examples of what you learned from those conversations or what you were able to share with them from your MarketWorks experience.
What was the most surprising thing you learned about how the markets work? How do you think what you learned in this program will impact your financial decisions down the road? Be specific and highlight the most important things you learned as well as how you plan to use the investing basics you learned."
